Bauli at IDDBA in Houston

Bauli, creator of authentic Italian cakes and pastries, is launching its newest additions to the line of ready-to-eat baked goods, including new Chocolate and Gluten-free Panettone products, at the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association, the world’s largest show for the dairy, deli, bakery, and foodservice professionals, in Houston, Texas held from June 5 – 7. Bauli has been a part of Italian family traditions since 1922 as a beloved brand that offers high-quality, full-sized and mini panettone and pandoro, specialty cakes and croissants for both holiday and year-round pastry lovers.

In addition to showcasing the signature line of cakes and pastries, the new Chocolate and Gluten-free Panettone will be available for tasting. Furthermore, Bauli brand ambassador and winner of MasterChef Season 4, Chef Luca Manfè will be hosting cooking demos on Monday, June 6th from 12:00-1:00pm CT and 3:00-4:00pm CT.
