Luca Manfe's Panettone With Lemon Icing
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/3 cup of water
- ½ lemon juice
A quick and easy lemon icing recipe perfect to dress up your Panettone.
In a bowl, thoroughly sift the icing sugar.
Gradually add the warm water.
Stir vigorously by adding a few drops of lemon juice: you can use a spoon or spatula.
The frosting should have a fairly smooth consistency. For a more liquid consistency, add morewarm water. (Otherwise just add more powdered sugar.)
